Not bad. I did a pick up order and they forgot one of the items I ordered. I asked before I left if everything was in there and they assured me it was. The portions are too small for what we paid. I would have expected to have leftovers for lunch the next day and nothing was left. Overall it was ok, but I prefer chuly’s or polo Norte.

Has you see the sandwich only had 2 thin slices of ham and turkey and 2 PC bacon that's the worst $12.99 I ever spend on a sandwich it was poorly stuffed and tasteful. All I tasted was just bread and mayo 😞. We also got a tres leches and that thing was dryer then the a desert. Wanted to tell the manager but I didn't want to interrupt their dinner at the table and wasn't in the mood to talk either worst $80 spend today at this place. Oh and also parents don't get the spaghetti for your kids from here they don't use tomato sauce they use a paste that u use for cooking. Both my kids spit that thing out and scream what is this nasting thing .

I had a wonderful experience at La Carreta, and I have to give a special thank you to Heidy R. She was absolutely amazing—attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. Her service was quick, professional, and full of positive energy. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what truly made the visit special was Heidy’s outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back and hope to be served by her again. The good: The food and the drinks are very flavorful. The bad: The review: It's been years since Ive been here and its pretty much the same. If you want a nice Cuban meal this is a nice spot.

The bread and plantains with the mojo were great but the ropa vieja and the breaded beef just lacked flavor. Barely any seasoning. Felt it lacked
